You are not going to be directly employed as an W2 Employee with Prounlimited, Inc. As a contractor, you will be payrolled by the payroll service partner of Prounlimited, Inc as their Employer of Record. You will be a W2 Employee of the payroll provider, which in this case is “Prounlimited Inc”. Compunnel already has a relationship and agreement with the Prounlimited, Inc to manage all the payrolled contract workforce.
