Post Production Photo Producer drives delivery of retouched photography and 3D assets to support creative needs and intent while balancing production capacity and control of scope. This role requires a highly skilled and tenured CG Producer with a consistent record leading the creative development and helping teams create innovative and meticulously crafted creative deliverables. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible and highly collaborative. Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills are required. They should be highly skilled in production and interested in new innovative approaches.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

A firm understanding of the creative process and the nuances of image creation in order to accurately evaluate timelines as scoped by internal and external partners

 

Sync priorities and timelines across Creative Development, Print, Motion Production, HI, and Interactive

 

The skills to learn and cope with rapid change and ambiguity, be able to move forward without knowing all the pieces, all while maintaining a superb attention to detail

 

Be able prioritize and meet deadlines while juggling many projects at once

 

Track image production status and provide weekly/daily status updates

 

Accountable for risk management and formal route to escalation

 

Receive, compile, confirm accuracy, and distribute pertinent project information to appropriate parties

 

Communicate effectively with Creative and Production Vendor teams

Keep current with emerging technologies while constantly evolving the process for efficiencies

 

Key Qualifications

 

Expertise in CG/3D, VFX, Photography, 2D workflows

Strong project management skills

Good judgement with an aptitude to manage projects through diplomacy

Capacity to exercise independent discretion and work autonomously

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and socialize sound solutions which consider objectives and implications

Strong communication - written, presentation and social skills

Proven ability to build relationships cross functionally, influence others and work effectively within a large organization

Experienced with guiding and shaping the production process across a variety of media

QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :
  • Work Authorization : Green Card, US Citizen
  • Preferred years of experience : No preferred years of experience required
  • Travel Required : 25% or less
  • Shift timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
